Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for buying from HGO, using your account, and interacting with our ecommerce services.
Orders and availability
Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change as stock moves. An order is confirmed when HGO accepts it and provides an order reference.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate and protecting access to their sign-in method.
Fair use
You may not misuse checkout, promotions, returns, or support channels in ways that disrupt service or harm other customers.
